How many devices can I use?
Basic covers 6 devices at once, Plus 10 and Pro 12. A router counts as one device.
Before you install
Downloads are for paying customers
The TVPN apps are available only after you buy a plan. Once your plan is active, the Downloads tab in the dashboard shows a download button for each device. If an installer is still being prepared, it says so there, and you can ask from the Support tab for the link.
After installing, log in to the app with the same email and password you use for the dashboard.
One account on all your devices
You can install TVPN on as many devices as you want. The limit only counts devices connected at the same time: 6 on Basic, 10 on Plus and 12 on Pro.
For a router, download a WireGuard configuration file from the dashboard and import it on a router that supports WireGuard. Every device behind that router uses the VPN, and the router counts as one device.
Questions
Can I try the app before paying?
No. The apps and configuration files are only available after you buy a plan. If you are unsure, the first plan you buy can be refunded to your TVPN balance within 7 days.
Is TVPN in the app stores?
Use the links in the Downloads tab of your dashboard. They point to the correct installer or store page for each device, so you do not need to search for the app yourself.
What if I get a new phone or computer?
Install the app on the new device and log in with your email and password. If the old device is no longer connected, it does not count toward your limit.
Which device should I set up first?
Start with the one you use most on public Wi-Fi, which is usually your phone or laptop. Once that works, add your other devices. A router is worth setting up when you want devices like a TV or console covered without installing anything on them.
