What the Windows app includes
The main window lists all 62 cities grouped by region, with a search box at the top. You can switch between WireGuard, OpenVPN over UDP or TCP, and IKEv2 in Settings, and the kill switch and split tunneling sit on the same page.
On Plus and Pro plans you also get switches for ad and tracker blocking, malicious site blocking and Double VPN. Pro users see their dedicated IP as a separate entry at the top of the server list.
Settings we suggest
Leave the protocol on WireGuard for daily use. If you are on a hotel or office network that blocks it, try OpenVPN TCP, which looks like regular HTTPS traffic and gets through most firewalls.
Turn the kill switch on before you join public Wi-Fi. Use split tunneling for apps that should keep your real connection, such as a local banking app, a network printer or a game launcher that dislikes VPN addresses.
Common problems
If the app says Connected but pages do not load, another VPN client or a third-party firewall is often fighting over the network adapter. Quit the other VPN, then try a different protocol before reinstalling.
A message about too many devices means your plan's limit is already in use somewhere else. Disconnect a device you are not using, or wait a moment after closing the app so the old connection is cleared.
