1. The service we provide
TVPN is a VPN service. It encrypts the connection between your device and our servers in 44 countries and sends your traffic to the internet from there.
Every plan includes all servers, the WireGuard, OpenVPN and IKEv2 protocols, a kill switch, split tunneling and DNS leak protection, with no data or speed caps. Some features, such as Double VPN and a dedicated IP, depend on the plan you choose.
2. Your account
You sign up with an email address and a password. We do not ask for your name or phone number, and we do not send any emails, including verification or password reset mail.
Because of this, we cannot recover an account if you lose the password. Keep it somewhere safe. You are responsible for anything done with your account.
Up to 3 accounts can be created from one network (IP address).
3. Balance and top-ups
Purchases are paid from a balance kept in US dollars. You add to it with crypto (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL or LTC) through the PayGate checkout. Each top-up must be between $5 and $5,000.
Balance has no expiry date. It cannot be withdrawn or sent back as coins, and it cannot be moved to another account.
A top-up is credited once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Sending the wrong coin, the wrong network or the wrong amount can delay or prevent crediting.
4. Plans and periods
There are three plans, Basic, Plus and Pro, each sold for 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. The price of the whole period is paid once, from your balance. Current prices are shown on the pricing page.
Your plan starts as soon as you buy it and ends at the end of its period.
TVPN also sells proxies (residential, unlimited residential, static ISP and datacenter). They are bought separately from the same balance and are not part of a VPN plan. A proxy order shows as activating until it is set up. If it cannot be activated, the full amount goes back to your balance.
5. No automatic renewal
TVPN never renews a plan or takes money from your balance on its own. When the period ends, the service stops until you buy again.
If you buy a plan while another is still active, the new period is added after the current one ends.
6. Apps and devices
The TVPN apps and configuration files are available only to accounts with a plan. The download section in the dashboard opens after purchase.
Each plan sets how many devices can be connected at the same time: 6 for Basic, 10 for Plus and 12 for Pro. A router counts as one device. You may install the apps on more devices, but only that number can connect at once.
7. Refunds
Your first plan can be refunded in full to your TVPN balance if you ask within 7 days of buying it. This is available once per account. The full rules are in the Refund Policy.
8. How you may use TVPN
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the laws that apply to you. Using a VPN is restricted in some countries, and it is your responsibility to check the rules where you are.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Remaining plan time and balance on such an account are not refunded.
9. Limits of our responsibility
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Servers may go down for maintenance or because of problems outside our control.
We do not guarantee that any particular website or service will work through TVPN, since some sites limit VPN traffic. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using TVPN after a change, the new terms apply.
