Acceptable Use Policy

TVPN is meant for private, everyday use of the internet. Our servers and IP addresses are shared by many customers, so misuse by one account can cause problems for everyone. These rules keep the service usable.

Last updated 2026-11-02

1. The basic rule

Use TVPN for lawful purposes only. Do not use it to harm other people, networks or services.

These rules apply to the VPN and to proxies bought from TVPN.

2. What is not allowed

You may not use TVPN to:

  • take part in or help with illegal activity
  • send spam, bulk messages or unsolicited advertising
  • attack, scan or break into other systems, including denial-of-service attacks
  • spread malware or run phishing pages
  • share or download material that infringes copyright
  • harass, threaten or defraud others
  • resell or share your account without our permission

3. Local laws

VPN use is limited or banned in some countries. You are responsible for following the laws where you are and where you connect to. TVPN does not give legal advice.

4. What happens if the rules are broken

Because we keep no activity logs, we act on clear reports and on abuse we can see at the network level, such as a flood of outgoing spam or attack traffic.

We may limit, suspend or close the account involved. Remaining plan time and balance on a closed account are not refunded.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe TVPN is being misused, contact us from the dashboard and describe what happened, including dates and IP addresses if you have them.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as needed. The date at the top shows the latest version.
