Privacy Policy

A VPN only makes sense if it does not keep track of you. This policy lists exactly what TVPN stores, what it does not, and why.

Last updated 2026-11-02

1. What this policy covers

It covers the tvpn.blog website, the dashboard, the TVPN apps and our VPN servers.

2. What we do not record

When you use the VPN, we do not record:

  • the websites and services you visit
  • the content of your traffic
  • your DNS queries
  • the IP address you connect from
  • when you connect or disconnect, or for how long

3. Account information

To run your account we keep your email address and a hash of your password. A hash is a one-way value, so we cannot read your actual password.

We do not ask for your name, phone number or address. We do not send you any emails.

If you write to us from the Support tab, we keep your messages and our replies so we can follow up on them.

If you use proxies, we also keep your proxy username, proxy password and the IPv4 addresses you add to the allow list.

4. Payment information

We keep a record of each top-up and purchase: the amount, the coin used, the date and the plan bought. We also keep your plan period.

Crypto payments go through PayGate. We do not receive or store card or bank details, because we do not accept those.

5. Counting connected devices

To enforce the device limit, a server keeps a marker while one of your devices is connected. The marker shows only that a slot on your account is in use. It contains no IP address or activity and is deleted when the device disconnects.

6. Cookies

The website uses a few cookies, all needed to make it work:

  • a login cookie that keeps you signed in to the dashboard
  • a language cookie that remembers the language you chose
  • a first-visit cookie that notes which page or link brought you to the site

7. No ads or tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on the website or in the apps. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

8. When information is shared

We do not share account information unless the law requires it. Even then, we can only hand over what we have, which is the information in sections 3 and 4. We have no browsing or connection records to give.

9. Keeping and deleting data

Account and payment records are kept while your account exists. If you want your account deleted, send a request from the Support tab in the dashboard. Some payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

10. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. Questions can be sent from the Support tab in your dashboard.
