Residential proxies

Residential proxies send your requests through IP addresses that internet providers assign to ordinary home connections. Sites see a regular visitor from the country or city you pick. You pay for the traffic you use, and unused GB stay on your order with no expiry date.

What a residential proxy is

A proxy is a server that makes requests on your behalf. The site you open sees the proxy IP instead of yours. With a residential proxy, that IP belongs to a home internet connection, not to a data center.

Many sites treat home IPs as normal visitors and server IPs with more suspicion. That makes residential proxies the usual choice when a site blocks or limits data center traffic, or when you need to see a page the way a local visitor sees it.

Pricing per GB

You buy traffic in GB, from 5 to 5,000 GB per order. The price per GB goes down as the order gets bigger, and the whole order is billed at the tier it falls into.

Traffic does not expire. If you buy 100 GB and use 40 GB this month, the remaining 60 GB are still there next month or next year. Requests in both directions count toward usage.

  • 5~24 GB: $0.37 per GB
  • 25~99 GB: $0.34 per GB
  • 100~499 GB: $0.31 per GB
  • 500~1,999 GB: $0.28 per GB
  • 2,000 GB or more: $0.25 per GB

Country, city and session control

Targeting is set in the username, so you can change it per request without touching the dashboard. Add a country code with cc, and a city with city. Residential IPs are available in 60 countries.

By default each request gets a new IP. For tasks that need the same IP for a while, such as staying logged in during a checkout test, add a session ID with sid. The same sid keeps the same IP for up to 60 minutes, and ttl sets how many minutes it should last. Use a new sid when you want a fresh IP.

  • Rotating IP in the United States: USERNAME-zone-res-cc-us
  • Sticky IP in New York for 30 minutes: USERNAME-zone-res-cc-us-city-new_york-sid-abc123-ttl-30

Connecting

Point your tool or browser at gate.tvpn.blog. Use port 6100 for HTTP and HTTPS, or port 6200 for SOCKS5. Your username and password are in the Proxies tab of the dashboard.

If your scripts run on fixed servers, you can add up to 10 IPv4 addresses to the allowlist instead. Requests from those addresses are accepted without a password, and targeting options still work through the username.

When to choose something else

Residential traffic is billed per GB, so heavy downloads or long video sessions add up fast. If you move a lot of data every day, the unlimited residential plan with a daily price is usually cheaper.

If you need one IP that stays the same for weeks, a static ISP proxy fits better. For sites that do not block server IPs, datacenter proxies cost much less.

Questions

Does unused traffic expire?

No. Traffic stays on your order until you use it. There is no monthly reset.

How do I get a new IP?

Without a sid in the username, every request gets a new IP. With a sid, change the sid value to get a different IP.

How long can I keep the same IP?

Up to 60 minutes with a sticky session. Set the length in minutes with ttl, for example ttl-30. The IP can change earlier if the home connection behind it goes offline.

Can I target a specific city?

Yes. Add city to the username after the country code, for example cc-us-city-new_york. If a city has no IP available at that moment, try a nearby city or target the country only.
